What the Devs have done here is effectively take male bodybuilders and make them slightly feminine. There's dimorphism between the genders, same as in most every species. It doesn't change female face shapes to be more angular and masculine either. Probably just easier to make them into all male faction I guess though. I hope moders address this visual snafu and make females look like females. It doesn’t even look like an all female faction.
